Our Organization, a leading Human Resources Consulting firm with service offering that includes, Recruitment, Headhunting, Training and Development, is seeking to hire a results-driven Business Development Executive that will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our client
Day-to-day Activities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for recruitment services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective business strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Present our recruitment solutions to clients and tailor them to their specific needs.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent needs and providing solutions.
- Continuously engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. - Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Good knowledge of social media platform for marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and Implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity.
