Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 yeras Prior experience in client service or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry
  • Experience in managing a team or leading projects
