Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of services
- Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed client expectations
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 yeras Prior experience in client service or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry
- Experience in managing a team or leading projects
