Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Manage and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of customer service practices and telemarketing techniques
- Proficient in using customer management systems and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
