Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Manage and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree /Lower Diploma / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Science, Marketing or a related field
- Proven sales experience in Solar/ Energy product will be an added advantage
- Must be able to deal with B2B and B to C
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills– Proven track record in sales
