Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree /Lower Diploma / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Science, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in Solar/ Energy product will be an added advantage
  • ⁠Must be able to deal with B2B and B to C 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record in sales
