Salary Range: 180,000 to 250,000 (₦)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
• Perform statistical analysis and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the data analysis process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to propose new solutions and strategies.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of data visualization techniques and tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and data transformation tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
