Responsibilities:

• Perform currency exchange transactions, buying and selling foreign currencies according to prevailing rates.
• Monitor and analyze exchange rates, keeping up-to-date with market trends to maximize profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their currency exchange needs and answering their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Verify the authenticity of customer identification and other supporting documents required for currency exchange.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
• Stay updated with local regulations and compliance requirements related to currency exchange.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience working in a Bereau De Change or similar role is essential.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and exchange rate fluctuations.
• Experience in handling cash transactions and managing financial records.
