Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
• Manage and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Create and manage brand budgets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 4  years proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role
• Strong understanding of brand development and brand management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in market research and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in brand strategy for consumer products or services
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer preferences
• Experience working with agencies and managing external vendors
