Day-to-day Activities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for recruitment services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective business strategies.
• Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Present our recruitment solutions to clients and tailor them to their specific needs.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent needs and providing solutions.
• Continuously engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Good knowledge of social media platform for marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and Implement sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity.
