KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in HR or Business Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in an HR consulting or related industry is highly desirable.
