Job Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of customer service practices and telemarketing techniques
• Proficient in using customer management systems and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
