Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections to assess condition, features, and value
- Analyze market trends and property sales data to determine valuation
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for residential and commercial properties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on valuation
- Collaborate with real estate agents, investors, and lenders to gather relevant information
- Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations
- Provide professional advice on property investments and real estate transactions
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt responses
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND degree in Estate Management or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years Proven work experience as an Estate Valuer
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in valuations
- Ability to use valuation software and tools effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in valuing residential and commercial properties
- Understanding of property market trends and dynamics
- Familiarity with property laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
