Our client, a Real Estate firm is looking to hire experienced personnel for the above job position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and provide general support to the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and supervise staff members on-site
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Manage office budgets and expense tracking
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years Prior Experience in the construction or Real Estate industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
