Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design of enterprise-level web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design documentation using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and refine features.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component library.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.

🔹 Product Management Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and convert them into user stories and development tasks.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to prioritize feature improvements and iterations.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Present product updates and design outcomes to internal teams and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of enterprise projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in product ownership or hybrid designer/PM roles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex workflow-based SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise UX design principles and scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Confidence working closely with developers and understanding of technical constraints.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or supply chain tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development practices and tools like Jira or Productboard.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React).
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining product KPIs and success metrics.
