KEY RESONSIBILTIES:
• Overall Surveyor reporting, e.g, forecast, targets, variation, valuation
• Assisting with site records and documents control
• Preparing all S/CS requirements to final account completion.
• liaising with site management team
• Maintaining JSS commercial & Contractual entitlement

REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant third level qualification and chartered registration
• 5 + years experience with contruction quantity surveying
• 5 + years with reporting on forecast, budget,targets and reconciliation
• Communication and computer skills
