A well established real estate company is seeking to expand their team due to growth in the company.

Job Description

Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers in real estate transactions

  • Present properties and provide information about their features and market value to potential buyers
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions by utilizing market trends and comparative analysis
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions to ensure a successful sale or purchase
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years property sales experience
  • Undergraduate Degree essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
