Senior Sales Manager – Steel Experience

Essential to have Senior Sales experience in the steel or construction industry and ability to lead and grow our sales operations.

The role involves managing key accounts, expanding our client base across Africa, and driving revenue growth for a well-established steel company in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key client accounts across Nigeria and Africa
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the steel industry (essential)
  • Strong track record in sales leadership and business development
  • Experience managing regional or international (African) markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance
