Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Manage and grow the organization’s online presence by improving visibility, engagement, and brand reach.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement content strategies that align with recruitment and marketing goals.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize engagement and lead generation.
• Assist in developing promotional materials, short videos, and visuals for marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent command of written English with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
• Creativity, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) will be an added advantage.
